"tldr;All in all, very friendly staff...they will all love your babies almost as much as you do and they will take care of your babies as if their own <3this is probably going to come across as my life's story, so...I have been going to EBAH for nearly 25 years. Initially, my experience with them was limited to the reception staff as I only went there to purchase prescription cat food that my vet (who was not part of their practice) prescribed. It happened that they were the closest facility to where I lived at the time who carried the necessary food.My experience moved beyond the reception staff to include the techs and the vets some 10 years later. At that time, I had the joy of having Dr Revelle take care of my two babies, one of whom was a"challenge"when it came to the vet...he was extremely uncooperative, even when sedated (albeit more manageable). Dr Revelle was super patient with him the first time and recognized that he needed a little extra"help"when it came to going to the doctor. She even did the establishing visit for our little girl PickleMy experience with the rest of the veterinarian staff grew to include several of the other doctors. Although that experience was due to less than stellar/happy reasons...very heartbreaking reasons, in fact, they all (meaning all EBAH staff) were very compassionate and caring, not only to our babies, but to us as well. In late 2021, we had 4 cats; in less than 2 years, we were down to 1, as the 3 oldest were all senior cats, all of which had terminal illnesses.Dr Jacobs was wonderful in her care for my oldest (Button), who had heart issues and ended moving on naturally. When we found out our next oldest (Yasu) had terminal cancer and would not live out the year, Dr Jacobs helped us to say goodbye to her when she (Yasu) told us it was time.Dr Neal (Ligon) had the unenviable task of diagnosing my"caution"child, Llokii, with kidney failure and having to tell me he had less than a week. Dr Neal was so compassionate when we brought Llokii in to say goodbye [I'm not crying...you are crying!]All is not sad, though. Some months later, we adopted 2 new babies (Cheese & Zipper) and had the pleasure of Dr Arnold taking care of them...checking them for their establishment visit, post adoption. She joked that we should've named Zipper"Olive"instead, so then we could have a charcuterie (instead of a menagerie), having cats by the names of Pickle, Cheese, & Olive :D"
